Benoit Pouliquen to Lead Electronics Business of Henkel Adhesive Technologies

Benoit Pouliquen brings decades of electronics leadership expertise to his new role at Henkel.

Benoit Pouliquen has been appointed as Corporate Senior Vice President and Global Head of the Electronics business of Henkel Adhesive Technologies. He is succeeding Alan Syzdek who retired last year.

Pouliquen joined Henkel as part of its 2014 acquisition of thermal materials leader, The Bergquist Company (Bergquist), where he served on the Board of Directors for many years before being named CEO in 2011. He has been deeply involved with the successful integration of Bergquist into Henkel and the continuous expansion of thermal management solutions within the electronics business of Adhesive Technologies. Having spent his entire career in electronics, first at Johnson Matthey then as CEO of flex circuit manufacturer, Sheldahl, before joining Bergquist, Pouliquen brings exceptional credentials and unique perspective to his role at Henkel.

“Benoit has proven his leadership skills at Bergquist, ultimately positioning the company as an attractive organization for acquisition,” comments Jan-Dirk Auris, Executive Vice President Henkel Adhesive Technologies. “He has been an influential driver of the fast and successful integration of Bergquist into Henkel and we are confident that our Electronics business will grow further under his global leadership.”
