SENNHEISER BOOSTS THAI PRESENCE WITH NEW DISTRIBUTION PARTNERSHIP

Audio specialist Sennheiser has boosted its presence in Thailand with a new distribution partner-ship which expanded its retail presence for its award-winning headphones and headsets across the country.

Sennheiser Electronic Asia ("Sennheiser Asia") appointed a new Thai distributor, Generation-S, to handle its product distribution, and channels and retail presence development. Generation-S covers over 70 consumer electronics retail outlets in Thailand, of which 80% are in the main city of Bangkok. It has plans to further develop Sennheiser's brand equity, expand distribution channels and enhance customer engagement in new retail corners with active listening and testing experience.

Ng Chee Soon, President and Managing Director, Sennheiser Asia, said: "Thailand is a key market for us in South East Asia and we want to build a stronger retail network to satisfy the growing demand for our products."
